Welcome to ScotiaMultisport Coaching! My name is Shane MacLeod and I started ScotiaMultisport in 2007 in order to share my passion and knowledge for multisport with other athletes and help them reach their goals.
Since 2007 I have worked with many athletes, from novice to elite, as they pursue their goals in the sport. Whether you are looking to finish your first race, aiming to improve your personal best or looking to qualify for a championship event, I am confident I can help you achieve your goals.

In working with athletes, I feel that there are many advantages that ScotiaMultisport provides that will ensure you have a positive coaching experience; namely:
- Individual Training Plan – every athlete recieves a unique training plan; your training plan will not be built from a template and I will take your unique situation into account when developing your training program
- Athlete to Coach Ratio – you will be more than just a number; I limit the number of athletes I coach each season to eight so that I am able to provide each athlete the attention they deserve
- Communication – there are no limits placed on communication and athletes are encouraged to communicate as often as required throughout their training
- Experience – I have almost two decades of coaching experience that spans a wide range of abilities and backgrounds
