My goal with ScotiaMultisport is to provide professional, affordable and personalized coaching for age group athletes.  Training plans are individually tailored to meet the needs of each athlete and will be based upon each athlete's unique situation.

ScotiaMultisport offers training programs for triathletes, swimmers, cyclists and runners.  My goal with each athlete is to maximize the effectiveness of your training program within the constraints of your day to day life.

  • Athlete to Coach Ratio - in order to ensure that each athlete receives the attention they deserve, ScotiaMultisport will only take a maximum of ten athletes per year
