Jason Myers
Jason started as a ScotiaMultisport athlete
in 2007 with his A race for the year being Ironman Florida.
Jason had a very successful race season, posting several
PB's and finishing IM Florida just under his goal time of
eleven hours. Jason followed up with a very successful
2008 with several successful triathlons and running races.

Ray Mullen
Ray started with ScotiMultisport in 2008
with plans to cap his season with the November Ironman
Arizona. Ray experienced several PB's throughout the
season, including finishing his first HIM in September.

Steve McComb
Steve joined ScotiaMultisport in 2008 with
the Muskoka Chase and Muskoka 70.3 as his A races for the
season. Steve has a great deal of experience with duathlon but was looking to transition in triathlon this
year. Unfortunately, he broke his toe at the Muskoka
Chase and although he was able to finish the race, the
recovery ended his season early.

Ryan MacDonald
Ryan became a ScotiaMultisport athlete in
2008 with a goal of earning a spot on the Nova Scotia Canada
Games Triathlon Team in 2009. Unfortunately, Ryan
suffered an injury at work which hurt his running and
sidelined him for the 2008 season. He was able to
complete the cycling leg of the Pictou Country Triathlon in
August and is currently training for the 2009 season.

Scott Holt
Scott started with ScotiaMultisport in the
fall of 2008 with a goal of improving his 70.3 performance
in 2009. Scott is planning to race at the Boise 70.3
and the Lake Stevens 70.3 in addition to several shorter
races and a fall marathon.

Jason Ryder
Jason joined ScotiaMultisport in the fall of
2008 after completing Ironman Arizona in November.
Jason has several years of experience in triathlon and is
looking to improve his IM performance with a goal of
improving his IM time at Ironman Canada this summer. In addition, Jason will be running a
winter marathon and possibly an ultramarathon in the spring.

Shelley has been involved in multisport for several years,

Mary joined ScotiaMultisport in the winter
of 2009 having recently completed Ironman Arizona.
Mary plans to race several running races through 2009 in
addition to Ironman 70.3 Rhode Island before returning to
Ironman racing in 2010.

Nathan Patterson
Nathan started working with ScotiaMultisport
in 2007 with his focus on 10km running. Nathan had run
the 1500m in track at high school with a PB of 4:58 and was
looking to build his endurance for some 5k and 10k races.
Nathan moved on to work with a local university cross
country coach starting in September of 2007.
