There are several levels of coaching that I currently offer. If you are interested in becoming a ScotiaMultisport Athlete, please contact me. In order to ensure that you enjoy a positive experience and a superb value for your investment, I will only be taking on a limit of ten athletes for the 2009 season.
If you decide to become a Scotia Multisport athlete, you will complete an extensive questionnaire that will cover your athletic background, available time and goals. Using this information, I will develop a personalized training plan for you that will help you realize your goals.
